A judge will find on June 8, 2005 sufficient evidence to hold suspects Mickey John and Abraham Jones on suspicion of murder and kidnapping. As the suspects can be held over a total of 116 days before they have to be formally charged. Prosecutors on Tuesday ordered the two men to remain detained, saying there was "reasonable suspicion" the men were involved in "certain criminal acts."
