"Want," is not a legal term

This point was argued on the Abrams Report on May 17, 2006 following the New York hearing where Joe Tacopina and John Q Kelly squared off for their respective clients.

The following discussion was offered between Dan Abrams, Susan Filan and Lauren Lake regarding the prospects that this case would eventually be heard in New York.

Susan Filan says that the Court will give deference to where the Plaintiffs "want," it to be tried, and that they should not be forced to return to Aruba if they do not "want," to. And Lauren Lake replied that "Want," is not a legal term.
